Tessolve raises $75 million (approximately ₹725 crore) from US-based strategic investor Vector Line Capital to fund upcoming acquisitions. Specifically, the Hero Electronix venture confirmed the funding round on Sunday to accelerate its global market expansion. Furthermore, Vector Line Capital makes its inaugural Indian investment alongside existing backers TPG and Novo Tellus.
Strategic acquisitions to expand global turnkey engineering offerings
Consequently, Tessolve remains in advanced discussions to finalize multiple strategic acquisitions across the US and India. Specifically, co-founder and CEO Srini Chinamilli revealed targets to exceed $500 million (about ₹4,700 crore) in annual revenue within three to four years.
Additionally, the chip engineering firm previously acquired Germany-based Dream Chip Technologies for ₹400 crore in November 2024. Meanwhile, Tessolve expects revenue to exceed ₹2,000 crore in the current fiscal year.
