Welcome to InfraInsiders (infrainsiders.com). By accessing or using this website, our social channels or any related service (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

InfraInsiders is a digital news platform covering infrastructure, real estate, railways, companies and startups in India. It is operated by PENTOOX Marketing. Contact: updates@infrainsiders.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, you must give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Our content and intellectual property

Articles, headlines, graphics, logos, video and the site’s design are owned by InfraInsiders or used under licence, and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. Photographs, agency material and quoted documents belong to their respective owners and are credited where possible.

You may read, and share links to, our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote a short excerpt with clear credit to InfraInsiders and a link to the original article.

4. What you may not do

• Republish, copy or sell our articles, photos or videos in full or in substantial part without written permission.
• Use scrapers, bots or automated tools to copy the site, or use our content to train AI or machine-learning models, without written permission.
• Attempt to hack, overload, probe or disrupt the site, or bypass any security feature.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, misleading or infringing material, or impersonate anyone.
• Use the Services for spam or unauthorised commercial promotion.
• Click on advertisements for any reason other than genuine interest, or encourage others to do so.

5. Tips, comments and submissions

If you send us tips, documents, photos, comments or press material, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You grant InfraInsiders a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to edit, publish and archive them in connection with our journalism. We may decline or remove any submission. We do not guarantee publication, and we do not pay for submissions unless agreed in writing.

6. Advertising and sponsored content

The Services display third-party advertising, including ads served by Google. Advertisers do not influence our editorial decisions. Sponsored or partner content, if published, is clearly labelled. An advertisement is not an endorsement by InfraInsiders, and we are not responsible for the products, claims or practices of advertisers.

7. Voluntary support

Our “Support Infra Insiders” option lets readers contribute voluntarily. Contributions are not payment for coverage and give the contributor no editorial influence. [Contributions are non-refundable except where required by law.]

8. Third-party links and embeds

Our pages may link to or embed content from third parties such as YouTube, X, Instagram and Facebook. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
