Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini launched Startup Haryana Seva Sankalp at Kurukshetra University on Friday. The Department of Industries and Commerce initiated this three-month statewide program, titled “Vichaar Se Vistaar Tak,” to discover and accelerate entrepreneurial talent across all 23 districts. Consequently, the initiative expands the startup ecosystem beyond established hubs like Gurugram and Faridabad into southern and western regions.

Furthermore, the initiative aligns with the wider ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’, commemorating Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years of public service. Saini assured young innovators that no worthy idea will suffer from a lack of financial resources.
“If you have innovation, the government stands with you,” Saini stated. “If you have talent, opportunities await you.”

Additionally, the state government established a Rs 20-crore research fund to encourage young founders. Chief Minister Saini emphasized connecting academic research directly with real-world enterprise creation. Meanwhile, senior state officials, including Industries & Commerce Secretary Amit Kumar Agrawal and Director General Yash Garg, attended the launch event alongside industry leaders and investors.
Thus, the Startup Haryana Seva Sankalp creates a unified journey from initial idea to active investor backing. The program aims to repeat the state’s sporting success in the startup landscape.
