Max Estates Limited is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2026 by looking back at the core philosophy that built its reputation. As the real estate division of the Max Group, the company has spent the last decade developing properties under its LiveWell residential and WorkWell commercial portfolios.
To mark this milestone, the developer has launched a new integrated brand campaign titled ‘Some just do well-being. We do it well.’ The campaign addresses a crowded real estate market where well-being has become a common marketing buzzword, aiming to remind buyers that holistic design has been part of the company’s identity from day one.
Unconventional Visuals Through Cyanotype
Stepping away from traditional, glossy real estate advertisements, the campaign’s flagship film uses an unconventional creative approach: the cyanotype process.
This 19th-century photographic printing method produces a distinctive monochromatic blue hue. According to the company, the slow and deliberate nature of creating a cyanotype serves as a direct metaphor for its design philosophy—emphasizing patience, purpose, and close attention to detail when shaping environments that influence how people live and work.
“Well-being has been part of the way we think about real estate long before it became a widely used category conversation,” said Arjun Gandhi, Head of Marketing, Max Estates. “Instead of simply talking about well-being, we wanted the campaign itself to reflect the thought behind it.”
What Comes Next in the Rollout
The integrated marketing initiative will roll out in phases across multiple channels. Audiences can expect to see the campaign featured prominently across outdoor billboards, digital platforms, social media, and the company’s owned media spaces.
As Max Estates moves into its next decade, the campaign aims to deepen consumer understanding of how thoughtfully engineered spaces can meaningfully enhance daily life, work, and community connection.
