Specifically, the Ministry of Communications and Blue Dart Express Limited inked the partnership in New Delhi. Nationwide last-mile delivery network expands e-commerce reach
Consequently, Blue Dart will utilize India Post’s network of over 1.64 lakh post offices nationwide. The partnership expands rapid parcel delivery services across urban, semi-urban, rural, and remote regions.
Additionally, the agreement includes prepaid and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) parcel options for retail and enterprise customers. Operational teams will implement real-time shipment tracking alongside OTP-based delivery authentication systems.
