BPTP has reportedly sold 150 luxury flats worth ₹750 crore in its newly launched residential project in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad. Specifically, real estate developer BPTP Limited announced the milestone sales figure on Friday, October 9. Furthermore, the strong booking performance highlights robust demand for high-end residential real estate across NCR satellite cities.
Prime expressway connectivity drives luxury housing demand
Specifically, the SkyNest project spans 5.4 acres and features two high-rise residential towers containing 325 total apartments. Singapore-based WOW Consultants designed the luxury development, where apartments command an average ticket price of ₹5 crore.
Additionally, the development connects directly to the Faridabad Bypass Road, the DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway, and NH-44. Meanwhile, the upcoming FNG corridor provides seamless regional access toward commercial hubs in Noida and Ghaziabad.

High-end NCR residential market maintains strong sales momentum
“The ₹750 crore in sales achieved so far is a milestone for the project,” stated Manik Malik, CEO and president of BPTP Limited. Consequently, the rapid absorption demonstrates strong buyer appetite for premium housing offerings outside core NCR markets.
Furthermore, the surge aligns with broader luxury housing momentum across neighboring NCR micro-markets this week. DLF Limited recently sold all 172 homes in its Gurugram senior living project, The Aureva, for ₹1,985 crore. Therefore, as BPTP sells 150 luxury flats, developers continue accelerating premium project launches across regional growth corridors.
